HEFCE has awarded three years funding to The Careers Group, University of London for a new Learning Gain pilot project, where HEFCE, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Higher Education Academy research defines learning gain as improvement in knowledge, skills, work-readiness and personal development made by students during their time spent in higher education.

Enhance Your Career and Employability Skills MOOC recognised for excellence and innovation.

The Careers Group announced today that it had collected the coveted 2015 AGCAS Award for Technology at the Awards for Excellence ceremony in Warwick. 

The AGCAS Award was given to The Careers Group for the release of its online course on career and employability skills, hosted on Coursera with the University of London. The award is given to careers and employability professionals for the innovative use of technology in delivering or managing services for students and graduates. It was chosen by a panel of experts in the careers and employability field.

Following on from the recognition at the AGR Awards, Royal Holloway Careers & Employability is to be awarded the RHUL Team Teaching Prize for their innovative curriculum delivery in the School of Management.
