Always thinking of new ways to optimise your time or improve the service you provide to students and employers? Fear not! These tools are so functional you'll be left pondering how you used to manage your day. 

We're not saying bookmarking them will change your life, but you might as well give it a go.

 

1. Calendly

Always struggling with back-and-forth emails to schedule meetings with students? It's a daily issue. 

This site works with your calendar to populate a live, all-singing, all-dancing interface made to impress invitees with an elegant design and smooth experience. Graduate recruitment just got a whole lot easier.

Doodle is also pretty good.

This website works by giving you an email address for just 10 minutes.

This allows you to register for a service, verify your email, then forget its existence forever.
Perfect for avoiding spam and checking out all the graduate recruitment services out there.

 

3. Momentum

This app for Google Chrome is a nice way to start your day. Not only does it fill your screen with a National Geographic 'esque' photo each time you open a new tab, it also greets you, manages your 'to do' list and provides a focus for the day.

4. Account Killer

This tool is certainly one to pass onto students who are looking to get hired. With just a few clicks you can learn how to rid of old accounts dotted around the internet in simple terms.

Use this tool to in order to help you grasp the particularities of a search you might not be familiar with.
